How to resolve a scheduling conflict
When a meeting collides with another meeting, a busy attendee, or someone’s availability, Knowhere flags it and keeps the meeting visibly unresolved until you fix it. Managers fix any meeting, team members fix their own.
- Open the meeting (from the Schedule, a meeting list, or the Meetings view). If there’s a conflict, a red-bordered card near the top lists each clash under a heading like Sarah Chen Double Booked or Room Double Booked.
- Click Review on either meeting in that card to jump to it, so you can see both sides and decide which one moves.
- Back on the meeting you want to move, click Edit in the action bar at the top.
- Change the Date, Start Time, or Duration to an open slot. If Knowhere offers Suggested times, click Select on one to fill it in for you.
- Click Save Changes. Once the collision is gone, the meeting stops showing as tentative.

Good to know
Section titled “Good to know”Conflicts are advisory, so you can always choose to schedule through one (the meeting stays Tentative until resolved). The one hard stop is Space capacity, Knowhere won’t book more people than the room holds. Conflicts also surface as a red Conflict tag on meeting cards, a count on the event’s Meetings view, and a filter option there. Two nuances worth knowing: even a customer-only meeting gets checked, since it can still double-book its Space, and a Space with Allow concurrent meetings turned on never raises room conflicts (people double-booked across its meetings still do).
