Plans & billing
Pick the plan that matches how much event work your team runs, and grow into the next one when you need more events, more seats, or more intelligence. Billing is per company, monthly or yearly (yearly gets you two months free), and you can adjust it yourself at any time.

How limits work
Section titled “How limits work”Event limits count the events created in the last 12 months, and seat limits count every member of your company, managers included. Pending invitations take a seat too, so you always know a sent invite has one waiting. When you hit a limit, Knowhere tells you exactly where you stand and offers the next step: upgrade the plan, or buy an add-on without changing tiers:
- Extra events: add capacity in blocks of five events.
- Extra seats: add team-member seats in blocks.
Gated features (like The Debrief on a Team plan) show a clear lock with an upgrade path rather than disappearing.
Managing billing
Section titled “Managing billing”The billing portal (Settings → Subscriptions) handles everything self-service: change plan, switch monthly/yearly, update payment details, view invoices, and manage add-ons. If a company’s subscription lapses, managers are routed to the plan picker to reactivate. Team members’ access pauses until it’s restored, and your data is untouched throughout.
