Booking Link Branding & Customization

When someone pastes your booking link into Slack, iMessage, or a social post, the preview card that pops up (the image, title, and description) is part of your booking link’s branding. By default it uses your company logo; you can replace it with your own social share image, company-wide or per event. Manager task.

  1. Open your profile menu at the bottom of the sidebar and click Settings, then the Company tab.
  2. Under Social share image, click to upload an image (or drag one in).
  3. Drag to position it and use the slider to zoom, then confirm. Every event uses this image unless you override it below.
  1. Open the event, click Configure, then Sharing, then the Pages section.
  2. Under Social share image, upload an image the same way. This replaces your company image for this event’s booking link only.
  3. To go back to the company default, remove the event-level image.
  • Uploads are cropped to a 1200 × 630 landscape card, so keep the important content (your logo, event name) centered — the edges get cropped tighter on some platforms.
  • JPG, PNG, GIF, or WEBP, up to 5MB.
  • Avoid dense text near the edges; it’s the first thing trimmed on a narrow preview.

See Set up public booking for the booking link itself, and Company event defaults for the rest of your company-wide setup.
