How to manage your plan and seats

Change plans, switch between monthly and yearly, and add capacity when you outgrow your limits. Managed by the company owner.

Change your plan

1. Open your profile menu at the bottom of the left sidebar and go to Settings, then Subscriptions.
2. The current plan card shows what you’re on and your usage (events and team-member seats against their limits).
3. Under the available plans, switch between Monthly and Yearly billing with the toggle, then click the upgrade button on the plan you want. Checkout opens in a secure window.
4. To update payment details, download invoices, or cancel, click Manage Subscription to open the billing portal.

Add capacity without changing plans

When you hit a seat or event limit (for example while inviting a teammate), Knowhere shows your limit and offers to add capacity. Confirm the add-on and your limit increases right away, no plan change needed.
